Sa Bona - Sa Ruja

Spicy and chilli cream cheese.

Sa Bona is a lightly spicy spreadable cheese whilst Sa Ruja is slightly stronger.

Ingredients: sheep’s cheese, ricotta, water, emulsifiers and, for Sa Ruja, chilli.
